Getting to Know Me

 

I have been dancing, for what seems like all my life, at La Danse. For 16 years I have been performing hip hop, ballet, jazz, tap, and many more. Besides dancing I love to play other sports like soccer and volleyball. I enjoy helping people; whether its helping at a food bank or helping people with directions. In my free time I love to read, watch movies/shows on Netflix, and I love to hang out with friends. Through sports I have been given tons of nicknames, but the two everyone calls me is Mo and Morgz. I do not have one specific type of music I listen to. I love all types of music, country, pop, blues, rap, r&b, spanish, and etc. Because I listen to a wide range of music I do not have a specific artist I love the most. I do use Snapchat, Twitter, and Instagram... However I am not addicted to Social Media. During High School my junior and senior year made my writing improve. My senior year English teacher wanted us to revise our papers and said that she was available everyday to help with our revisions. All through high school my grammar skills has stayed the  same, there hasn't been much improvement. I do know the basics of grammar but I still have grammar issues. Both junior and senior year teacher showed us how to structure our 5 paragraph essays. When I write I just start writing as soon as something comes to my head trying to  make an outline of what I am about to write takes to much time for me. As a writer I would grade myself as a B because I make many grammar mistakes and my transitioning between ideas can be better. This semester I hope to learn how to get my ideas across better.
