Different Theses
1. Because crime can be committed at any age, justice systems shouldn't have an age restriction for violent crimes. Therefore the prison age should be lowered or court systems should have fair punishments.
2. Therefore fair and just court systems should be called into affect with having restrictions on punishments for certain ages; because, committing crime does not have an age restriction, anyone can commit a violent murder
Thank you for posting your thesis statement Morgan.
ReplyDeleteIf at the beginning of your thesis in statement 1 you write, "justice systems shouldn't have an age restriction....the prison..." how does this connect? When you write the word "justice system" what do you mean?
In the first part of the sentence you write about "justice systems" and then specify what you mean by justice systems in the second part of your sentence. I wonder though do prison systems actually set the age requirement or other parts of the government? I wonder how this distinction clarifies your thesis...
